Marron Glaces


he wide spread chestnut orchards found in the Italian mountains grow marrons, large meaty chestnuts which when cooked in a sugar syrup become delicious and soft candied fruits. Produced in only a limited quantity, they are appeciated by the most refined palates as a precious gift.
