The Italian Trade Commission believes that brick-and-mortar and e-commerce realities deserve equal attention. ITC is proud to have partnered with both types of companies to help focus their resources on what they do best. Eataly (NY, IL, MA), FreshDirect (USA), iGourmet (USA), Kowalski’s Markets (MN) and Treasure Island Stores (IL) have been involved in The Extraordinary Italian Taste Promotion of Italian DOP/IGP Products (these two designations ensure the origin and exquisite quality of the products. These successful partnerships that started in January 2017 and will end in June have increased consumer awareness of authentic Italian foods and have generated an increase in sales for the all those involved. ITC and its partners are looking forward to the possibility of continuing these relationships beyond June.
