Mix the almonds, butter, flour and sugar together to get a smooth mixture, and make little balls, about the size of a walnut. Bake them on a greased cookie sheet for about 15 mins. at 350°F. Let cool. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Dip the bottom of one of the cookies in the chocolate then press it against the bottom of another so that they stick together. Do so with remaining cookies and let cool. |
