Italian excellences are perfect ingredients for creating tasty salads: try this perfect combination of Prosciutto San Daniele PDO, Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena PDO (traditional PDO balsamic vinegar of Modena) and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO.
1 pack of fresh spring lettuce mix
5 ripe figs
Extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons of Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena PDO
Salt and pepper
5/6 thin slices Prosciutto San Daniele PDO
Shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO
Rinse the salad and dry it well. Cut the ripe figs into quarters and keep them aside.
In a bowl, prepare the vinaigrette: pour the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena PDO (PDO traditional balsamic vinegard of Modena) and slowly add, always stirring, the extra virgin olive oil, until the mixture is well blended and homogeneous. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the dish, combining all the ingredients and season generously with the vinaigrette. Finally add the slices of Prosciutto San Daniele PDO.
