Il Frater
It’s the present and future history of Ca’ di Frara Company. In the wine history of Oltrepo Pavese there is Il Frater. Il Frater is made for the 95% of Croatina, a tendril of great characteristics; its high content of polyphenols, anthocyanines and tanninses, confers a unique structure and complexity to the wine. The peculiarity of the soil and the winemaking procedure together with a slight overipening make it a unique and inimitable wine. That’s why it is called “IL FRATER”.
