Type Rosso and Rosato: Gaglioppo and/or Greco nero, 30-50%; Nocera and/or Calabrese (Nero d'Avola) and/or Castiglione, 30-50%; other local varieties, red up to 10% and white up to 15%.
Type Bianco: Greco bianco and/or Guardavalle and/or Montonico, 30-50%; Malvasia bianca and/or Ansonica, 30-50%; other local white varieties up to 30%.
