Types Rosso and Rosato: Nebbiolo and/or Barbera and/or Bonarda and/or Freisa and/or Neretto, 60%; other local red varieties, up to 40%. Type Bianco: Erbaluce, 100%. Varietal types: the blend proportions are always the same, variety indicated in the type name, 85%; other similar varieties admitted under the DOC law, 15%.
