Malvasia bianca di Candia (Malvasia rossa), 60% maximum; Trebbiano toscano, Trebbiano romagnolo, Trebbiano giallo and Trebbiano di Soave, alone or together, 25-50%; Malvasia del Lazio (Malvasia Puntinata), 5-45%. Other local white varieties can also be added, up to 10%; although grapes of the Moscato subvarieties are excluded.
