Varieties:
Type Bianco: Trebbiano toscano, 50-100%; other local white varieties, up to 50%.
Type Bianco Spumante: Grechetto and/or Chardonnay and/or Pinot bianco and/or Pinot nero and/or Pinot grigio, 50-100%; other local white varieties, up to 50%.
Types Rosso and Rosato: Sangiovese, 50-100%; other local red varieties, up to 15%.
Varietal types: the blend proportions are always the same, variety indicated in the type name, 85%; other similar varieties admitted under the DOC law, 15%.
