	Vine variety requirements for this appellation's area change according to type. Type Bianco: Trebbiano toscano and/or Trebbiano giallo, 40%; Malvasia del Lazio and/or Malvasia di Candia, 40%; other local white varieties up to 20%. Types Rosso and Rosato: Sangiovese 40-70%; Montepulciano 15-40%; other local red varieties, up to 30%.
