Type Bianco: Vermentino, 35%; Trebbiano toscano, 25/40%; other local white varieties, up to 30%. Type Rosso: Sangiovese, 60-70%; Canaiolo and/or Pollera nera and/or Ciliegiolo nero, at least 15%; other local red varieties, up to 25%. Type Vermentino: Vermentino, 90%; other local white varieties, up to 10%.
