Type Trebbiano: Trebbiano toscano, 85%; Trebbiano spoletino and/or Grechetto and/or Malvasia bianca di Candia and/or Garganega and/or Verdicchio, up to 15%.
Type Grechetto: Grechetto, 85%; Trebbiano toscano and/or Trebbiano spoletino and/or Malvasia bianca del Chianti and/or Garganega and/or Verdicchio, up to 15%.
Type Sangiovese: Sangiovese, 85%; Canaiolo and/or Ciliegiolo and/or Barbera and/or Merlot and/or Montepulciano and/or Trebbiano toscano and/or spoletino and/or Grechetto and/or Malvasia bianca di Candia and/or Malvasia del Chianti and/or Garganega and/or Verdicchio, up to 15% (white grapes cannot exceed 10% of the total).
