Type Focara Rosso: Pinot nero and/or Cabernet sauvignon and/or Cabernet franc and/or Merlot, 50%; other local non-aromatic red varieties, up to 50% (Sangiovese, up to 50%; others, up to 25%) Type Focara Pinot nero: Pinot nero, 90%; other local non-aromatic red varieties, up to 10%. Type Roncaglia Bianco: Trebbiano toscano, 85%; Pinot nero, 15%. Varietal types: the blend proportions are always the same, variety indicated in the type name, 85%; other similar varieties admitted under the DOC law, 15%.
