Type Bianco: Ansonica, 50%; Catarratto bianco lucido and/or Grecanico dorato and/or Chardonnay and/or Sauvignon and/or Müller Thurgau and/or Pinot bianco and/or Grillo, 35%; other local varieties, up to 15%. Types Rosso and Rosato: Calabrese and/or Syrah, 50%; other local non-aromatic red varieties, up to 50%. Varietal types: the blend proportions are always the same, variety indicated in the type name, 85%; other similar varieties admitted under the DOC law, 15%.
