Types Rosso and Rosato: Nebbiolo and/or Bonarda and/or Vespolina and/or Croatina and/or Barbera, 50%; other local non-aromatic red varieties, up to 50%. Type Bianco: Erbaluce, 100% Varietal types: the blend proportions are always the same, variety indicated in the type name, 85%; other similar varieties admitted under the DOC law, 15%.
