Type Aleatico: Aleatico, 100%. Type Moscato: Moscato Bianco, 100%. Type Vin Santo Secco or Amabile: Trebbiano (Procanico) and/or Malvasia bianca, 70%; other local white varieties, up to 30%. Type Vin Santo Occhio di Pernice: Sangiovese, 50-70%; Malvasia nera, 10-50%; other local red varieties, up to 30%.
