Type Pachino: Nero d'Avola, 80%; Frappato and/or Pignatello, up to 20%.
Type Pignatello: Pignatello, 80%; Frappato and/or Nero d'Avola, up to 20%.
Other varietal types: the blend proportions are always the same, variety indicated in the type name, 90%; other similar varieties admitted under the DOC law, 10%. |
