Type Bianco: Garganega, up to 35%; Trebbiano toscano and/or Trebbiano di Soave, up to 35%; Chardonnay, up to 15%; Sauvignon and/or Riesling renano and/or Riesling italico, up to 15% Varietal types: the blend proportions are always the same, variety indicated in the type name, at least 85%; other similar varieties admitted under the DOC law, up to 15%. |
