Type Vendemmia Tardiva: Chardonnay and/or Catarratto bianco lucido and/or Inzolia or Ansonica and/or Sauvignon, all subjected to light drying, 100%. Type Feudo dei Fiori: Chardonnay and/or Inzolia or Ansonica, 80%; other local white varieties, up to 20%. Type Bonera: Cabernet sauvignon and/or Nero d'Avola and/or Merlot and/or Sangiovese and/or Syrah, 85%; other local varieties, up to 15%. Varietal types: the blend proportions are always the same, variety indicated in the type name, 85%; other similar varieties admitted under the DOC law, 15%.
