Type Bianco: one or more local non-aromatic white varieties, 100%.
Chiaretto or Ciaret: Barbera and/or Bonarda piemontese and/or Cabernet franc and/or Cabernet sauvignon and/or Dolcetto and/or Freisa and/or Grignolino and/or Pinot nero and/or Nebbiolo, 85%; other local non-aromatic varieties, up to 15%.%
Varietal types: the blend proportions are always the same, variety indicated in the type name, 85%; other similar varieties admitted under the DOC law, 15%.
