Type Bianco: Riesling renano and/or Riesling italico, 80%; other local white varieties, up to 20%.
Type Rosso: Groppello gentile and/or Mocasina and/or S. Stefano and/or Sangiovese, 30-60%; Barbera, 10-20%; Marzemino, 5-30%; other local red varieties, up to 10%.
Type Chiaretto: Barbera, 25-65%; Croatina, 25-65%; Uva rara and/or Ughetta and/or Pinot nero, up to 45%.
Type Groppello: Groppello gentile and/or S. Stefano and/or Mocasina, 85%; other local red varieties, up to 15%
Type Rosato or Rosé: Groppello gentile, 85%; other local varieties, up to 15%.
