Type Passito: Ansonica, 50-100%; Grillo and/or Sauvignon, up to 50%.
Types Rosso and Rosato: Nero d'Avola, 50-100%; other local non-aromatic red varieties, up to 50%
Varietal types: the blend proportions are always the same, variety indicated in the type name, 85-100%; other local non-aromatic white varieties, up to 15%.
