Type Bianco: Trebbiano toscano (Procanico) and/or Trebbiano giallo, 50%; Malvasia di Candia and/or Malvasia del Lazio, up to 35%; other local white varieties, up to 30%; although grapes of the Pinot Grigio variety are excluded. Type Rosso and Rosato: Sangiovese and/or Montepulciano, 60%; Cesanese comune, up to 25%; other local red varieties, up to 30%.
