Types Rosso and Rosato: Gaglioppo (Guarnaccia nera) and/or Greco nero, 60-80%; Malvasia bianca and/or Guarnaccia bianca and/or Greco bianco 20-40%; other local non-aromatic red varieties, up to 20%. Type Bianco: Greco bianco and/or Malvasia bianca and/or Guarnaccia bianca, 70%; other local white varieties, up to 30%.
