Type Bianco: Ansonica and/or Chardonnay: 75%; other local non-aromatic white varieties, up to 25%.
Type Rosso: Calabrese and/or Cabernet Sauvignon, 80%; other local red varieties, up to 15%.
Type Rosato: Calabrese, 50-75%; Nerello mascalese and/or Cabernet Sauvignon, 25-50%; other local non-aromatic varieties, up to 25%.
Type Superiore: Calabrese, 85%; other local non-aromatic red varieties, up to 15%.
